Typhlosis Whale Greeting Card Set

This set of three greeting cards feature drawings of a killer whale, a humpback whale and a beluga. The word "typhlosis" means blindness, which is how the outer shape of the whales' bodies were drawn — without seeing. The cards are inspired by historical illustrations of whales. Renderings by early naturalists now look strange: morphing between fact and fiction, creature and monster.
