Shipping policy

We do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible! Free shipping is available to destinations within Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and most of Europe on orders over $75 CAD (Approx. $55 USD).

Please note shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.   

All cards, stickers, and buttons are shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail without tracking to save you shipping costs. Parcels shipped within Canada will include a tracking number. International orders do not have parcel tracking. Order notifications will be sent once your items are on their way. 

Please note that holidays can add to shipping time estimates.

Letter Mail 

The current best estimated delivery times:
• Canada—about 3-9 business days after shipping
• USA—about 4-10 business days after shipping
• International locations—about 10-21 business days after shipping

Parcel Mail

The current best estimated delivery times:
• Canada - For shipping within Canada, your items will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. You will receive a tracking number and your order should arrive in about 3-9 business days.
• United States - For shipping to the USA, your items will be sent via Canada Post Small Packet Air US. There is no tracking number available, unless a tracked shipping method is selected. Your order should arrive in 5-9 business days.
• International Destinations - For shipping to international destinations, your items will be sent via Canada Post Small Packet Air International. There is no tracking number available, and your order should arrive in 6-11 business days.

Local Delivery

If you live within 7km (approximately) of downtown Victoria, BC then you are eligible for local delivery!

Orders between $5.00 and $24.99 are subject to a $5.00 delivery fee.

Orders over $25.00 will be delivered for free!
