In My Dreams (ink collage on silk)

This ink drawing of an orca's tail has been collaged onto a piece of found scroll silk, which also has been painted with ink. The whimsical-yet-subtle cherry blossom pattern on the silk beautifully shimmers in the light and offers a dreamy space for the whale to swim. There is a signed and titled card attached to the back of the frame

Framing notes: Professionally framed in a wide, ivory-coloured wooden frame. Framed with high-end, UV-filtering/anti-glare plexiglass (Optium), which has been raised to create a shadow box so it does not touch the artwork. Wired on the back and ready to hang.
